Feeding the Guadalupe River, Cypress Creek flows by the Meyer Inn in Comfor, Texas. As with all Texas rivers Cypress and Sycamore trees thrive along these waterways. As flowing water sculpts the banks some of these giant trees will occasionally fall. As with this downedsycamore, there they will lie partly submerged, until water can wear them down and take them away.
