Whitewashed and faded, this small fence marks the entry just off Old Nevelson Road. Owners, guests and passerby would noote this shrugging sentinel, always surrounded each spring by Indian Paintbrush and Bluebonnets. Something new will eventually come to replace it, but until then its weathered character still emanates and marks the entry to a home.
